Scope of Works

Alltype Engineering was contracted by SmartWays Alliance (SWA) to supply and fabrication of one CG-3A Gantry for Manning Rd, as part of the Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) Kwinana Northbound Smart Freeway Project.

The scope of work included the supply of materials, fabrication, surface treatment, offsite assembly, and delivery to site for night install.

Manufactured to AS5131 CC3 the gantry fabrication process governed full traceability for materials and welding, increased levels for welding qualification, surface preparation along with application of MRWA specifications for materials certification and additional testing has resulted in providing the highest quality applicable for these type of structures.
